***Adding Concur to MS Authenticator Our current travel and expense provider, Concur is now requiring all users to use multi-factor authentication to login. If you are a Concur user and have not yet set this up, please follow the instructions listed below. 1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from Google Play or Apple’s App store, depending on your phone: Google Play – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azure.authenticator&hl=en_US&gl=US&pli=1 Apple App Store - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-authenticator/id983156458 2. After you’ve downloaded the app, open the app and it’ll first as you to enter your phone’s PIN. This will be the same PIN you use when opening the phone. 3. After entering the PIN, you may be asked to sign in with a Microsoft account. Please use your CHS email account; the username will be [user email]@chsnc.org and the password you use to sign into your computer. 4. When the app loads, click the plus sign in the top-right corner (1) then pick “Other (Google, Facebook, etc.) from the “Add Account” screen. 5. After selecting the “Other” option, the app screen should pop up with the “Scan QR Code” screen. It may ask you to allow the app to use your camera, select “Yes” to allow. 6. After the QR Scan screen appears, point the camera to the QR code that is displayed on your computer screen in Concur and the account should be automatically added to your Authenticator app. 7. It should show a 6-digit number on your phone, which you enter the “Authentication Code” text box on the computer screen.
