Konica MFP - Set Default Printing Color to B&W *** the steps & screenshots below were done using a Konica bizhub C450i. If your location’s model is different, the screens or steps you see may not be exact. 1) Open a web browser of your choice and navigate to the printer's IP address. 2) Logout of the public account, if it's signed in, then log in with the printer admin account. 3) From the menu on the left, select the "Printer Settings" options under the "Utility" section of the menu; it's likely the 2nd "Printer Settings" options on the list. 4) Select the "PCL Setting" from the "Printer Settings" menu; for the "Select Color" option, pick "Gray Scale" from the drop-down. Save the setting by clicking "OK.” 5) Select the "PS Setting" from the "Printer Settings" menu; for the "Select Color" option, pick "Gray Scale" from the drop-down. Save the setting by clicking "OK.” 6) Log out of the admin account to free up the printer.
